If you are not familiar with our Lunch Menu, we have a nice selection of Gourmet Mac and Cheese
offerings which are served in a piping hot Cast Iron Skillet. Some examples include our Lobster Mac which includes Lobster bites in a tarragon fontina cheese. We have our Smokehouse Mac served with cheddar cheese, red onion and BBQ pulled pork. And there is my favorite, the Italian Mac: Prosciutto, tomato, and basil with parmesan cheese. We have several others to choose from as well.
When we came here from St Louis, I wanted to bring along some items from our hometown. One of our favorite restaurants in STL is (Or should I say was) Cheese-Ology. They had over 30 gourmet mac and cheese offerings. As I write this blog, I was going to put a link to their website, but I discovered that

What a bummer for the city of St. Louis.
So with that said, it is even more important that we keep the Mac and Cheese Tradition from STL going!
