Stay Policies

Check In/Out: Check in time is at 4:00 p.m. and check out time is at 11:00 a.m. 

Cancellation Policy: For guests making reservations with Hotel Pattee, the hotel cancellation/no show policies and rate offer rules communicated at the time of the reservation will apply. Reservations need to be canceled at least 24 hours prior the scheduled arrival date to avoid additional fees. Failure to notify will result in a charged one-night penalty. Any changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.​

Pet Policy: It is the policy of this hotel property to have any guest bringing a pet sign and adhere to this form upon arrival. If you are uncomfortable signing and adhering to this policy, we are sorry, but we will be unable to accommodate you.

Your pet is to be properly controlled at all times, while on hotel property. Please inform the Front Desk Clerk about any possible conflict when our housekeeping department needs to enter your room to clean. If your pet is to remain in the room during your absence, your pet must be secured in a kennel/cage to ensure the safety of our staff, and the well-being of your pet as well.

As the registered guest, you are financially responsible for all damages caused by your pet. You are also responsible for any excessive and/or exceptional cleaning charges at the hotel property rates. This includes, but is not limited to, pet orders and pet stains.

You will be given an opportunity to eliminate any noise complaint from other guests. In the event you are unable to satisfy this clause, you will be financially responsible for any and all costs associated with appeasing guest complaints.

(Only specific rooms are designated as pet friendly rooms. Please see each room's details or call (515)465-3511 to determine if your chosen room is pet friendly. All guests bringing a pet will be charged a non-refundable $35 pet fee.)
